Oklahoma Surpeme Court dismisses lawsuit brought by survivors of Tulsa Race massacre
An effort by survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre to be compensated by the city for damages was turned down by the Oklahoma Supreme Court Wednesday. “Though Plaintiffs’ grievances are legitimate, they do not fall within the scope of our State’s public nuisance statute,” the court said.
