A Russian airstrike killed more than 30 people, including children, in Sumy, Ukraine as people gathered for Palm Sunday services marking the deadliest attack so far this year. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the strike was evidence of Russia, “dragging out this war.”
